West Covina RESOLUTION BOOT CAMP Class 2

On the 2nd Day of RESOLUTION BOOT CAMP, we all got into the flow - quality of movement and mindset greatly increased!! All participants from the first class visibly increased in stamina, agility, flexibility and strength. I welcome the new people that came in as they made it all the more fun. I see this group making fast and significant progress... Saturday mornings at 7 already shows character of commitment to making change.

This first month is dedicated to the element of Air - associated with mental activity, organization, commitment, assessment, rules and beliefs. Having clarity before making decisions and goals. Clearing out the clutter from the inside out. Clearing inner debris to connect with your own wisdom, for the understanding of who you are can never be told by another. This is the First Pillar of Wellness - Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Well-being.

Next class I will be doing client profiles free for my class. I may not get to everyone so first come first serve. Your personal profile is pivotal for setting goals and laying down a solid foundation.

Lets keep putting effort into the things that create positive change!
